As you know your OHR is a self-help group in HR fraternity. Recently, we have launched improved interactive web site.

We at OHR, felt that it is important to provide platform to companies to share their current job openings so that it shall reach to maximum people.  We want to provide a platform to reach to huge database of talented workforce from entry-level to veterans.

As per our vision & Mission of OHR, these services are free of cost to all types of candidates as well as for all companies. OHR has not given any authority to any person or agent to act on its behalf or collect any amount from Organisation or from any HR professionals. People are requested to inform us details of any such personnel in case you came across of it.

We also invite companies to showcase their profile at our site to make hiring process easier and quicker by ensuring you can reach deserving candidates even in remote corners of the country.

We shall put your manpower requirement on our site based on following guidelines:

  1. Kindly send your requirement in word format (shared on our site) to our Trustees either to Mr. Sudhir Phatak ( Or Mr. Jitendra Pendse ( by e-mail. We have shared Manpower Requirement format for your ready reference and download.
  2. The facility is available only for companies formed under The Companies Act 1956/2013. Contractors & placement/recruitment vendors please excuse.
  3. The manpower requirement must be sent in company letter head in pdf file not more than 2 MB. The same file shall be uploaded on website.
  4. OHR Trustees shall approve your requirement & then it shall appear on OHR Current Opening Page. The decision of OHR Trustees’ shall be final & binding on you.
  5. The manpower requirement shall be active only for 30 days & then afterwards it shall be removed without further notice.
  6. OHR is only providing platform to share manpower requirement of a company. It will be the sole decision of company from shortlisting to placement of candidate.

  8. OHR has right to keep, maintain & preserved the data shared by companies and applicants to avoid any legal issues. Data sharing with OHR team shall be construed as consent to our guidelines.
